The problem area is dug out with rotten and damaged material removed.

The bottom plate is replaced and the wall is clad with pressure-treated plywood.

Primer is applied and a peel-and-stick waterproof membrane put in place.

New flashing is installed on the repaired wall.

A big ‘O’ pipe is installed with a filter membrane.

A big ‘O’ pipe is diverted to the basement sump pump.

The big ‘O’ is covered with a generous amount of gravel.

The gravel is covered with back-fill and soil.
